About Pam Akin

Pam's interest in real estate began while watching her mother, a top producer at Douglas Elliman for many decades, sell houses and apartments in NYC, Long Island and the Hamptons. Growing up in the business has helped Pam develop a great love and understanding of the real estate industry. Along with her husband David and daughters Amanda and Olivia, Pam has lived in Chappaqua since 1998. She has a vast knowledge of the Chappaqua area and its amenities, as well as Armonk and surrounding towns.

 

Pam is very hands-on with helping sellers prepare their homes for sale and has a great love of design and staging. She is extremely efficient and detail-oriented which combined with her outgoing manner, make all of your transactions with Pam when both buying and selling a home, a rewarding and enjoyable experience.
